Subprocessors

We use third party subprocessors, such as cloud computing providers and customer support software, to run CRESQA (the service).

The following is a list of personal data subprocessors we use.

• Fly.io. Cloud services provider.
• Amazon Web Services. Cloud services provider.
• Cloudflare. Cloud services provider.
• OpenAI. AI Services. Data is not used for model training.
• Mailjet. Transactional email service.
• Mailchimp. Marketing email service.
• Sentry. Error reporting software.
• PostHog. Product analytics.

We may also use contractor services for customer support, application development, infrastructure management, and other services. These contractors may have access to personal data required to perform their services, but are contractually restricted from using it for any other purpose.
